SSM Health Physical Therapy at Manchester/D1 is located inside D1Training STL-West just east of highway 141 on Manchester Road. We are conveniently situated in West County on the intersection of Manchester and Weidman between Highway 141 and Interstate 270, close to Queeny Park. We have served the community since 2019. We have access to a state-of-the-art facility including a 50 yard turf field outfitted with cutting edge training equipment.
