    Employee Well-being

    The health and well-being of our employees is vitally important to us. Select Medical offers a comprehensive benefits package with a variety of options to meet the healthcare needs of our employees and their families. Select Medical pays 68% of health insurance premiums for our employees and their covered dependants and offers a choice of plans ranging from a value option to a premier option - all of which include vision benefits. Employees are eligible for dental, disability and life insurance coverage, flexible spending account (FSA), and a generous Paid Time Off (PTO) program. Select Medical also provides a company-paid life insurance and AD&D policy as well as Extended Illness Days (EID), a form of short-term disability insurance that employees accumulate over time.
